1. Your agreement with BrownGlobal Holdings LLC
These Terms are between you and BrownGlobal Holdings LLC (BrownGlobal, we, us, our), the legal contracting service provider. They govern your use of our GSN Plus (GSN+) streaming service and purchases made directly from us. GSN Plus identifies the service; it is not a separate legal entity or a representation of registered DBA status. Approved broadcasters also need their separate organization agreement; these viewer terms do not enroll a league or grant a revenue share. Questions and notices: media@gsnmedia.app.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Use your own GSN ID and accurate account information. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot legally enter a purchase contract, a parent or guardian must authorize the purchase and supervise use. Keep sign-in links and your inbox secure. GSN ID connects identity across participating GSN services, but does not itself grant a subscription, club or player membership, broadcaster approval or administrator access.
3. What a subscription includes
An active GSN Plus subscription includes available participating live and on-demand programming, subject to territorial rights and availability. The launch monthly USD price is US$7.99. Any supported local currency, annual plan or special offer must state its own price and term before purchase. Catalog entries and schedules can change; no particular league, match, replay or permanent video library is guaranteed. A live broadcast is not automatically recorded.
4. Live event passes
The launch USD Match Pass is US$2.99 for one specified live event, not a recurring subscription. It does not include on-demand access, a replay or other events. Review the event, time zone, eligibility, currency and total before buying. On-demand paid videos require a subscription rather than a Match Pass. A provider outage or canceled paid event is handled under the remedies below, not by promising a recording that does not exist.
5. Billing and automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. Checkout must clearly show price, currency, billing frequency, applicable taxes and automatic renewal before you authorize payment. Stripe processes payments; methods shown depend on eligibility, country, currency and device. We do not promise every method in every country. Bank conversion fees may apply separately. A trial exists only if an offer expressly provides one. Material renewal-price changes require advance notice and any consent required by law; you can cancel before the new charge.
6. Canceling and payment problems
Use Manage subscription in your GSN Plus account to access the billing portal and cancel future renewals, or contact media@gsnmedia.app for help. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period shown in your account, with access through that period. Merely signing out, uninstalling the app or deleting a local shortcut does not cancel billing. A failed payment can interrupt paid access after the applicable billing process. Do not delete your account instead of canceling an active subscription.
7. Refunds and interrupted events
We do not ordinarily provide a partial refund solely because you stop using a paid period, except where required by law or an offer. Contact media@gsnmedia.app with the purchase and event details for a mistaken charge, duplicate payment, material service failure or canceled event. If a paid Match Pass event is canceled without a replacement you agree to, or we cannot provide materially usable access because of a failure on our side, we will provide an appropriate refund or legally required remedy. We do not force account credit instead of a legally owed refund. Short interruptions or a poor local connection do not automatically entitle you to a full subscription refund, but mandatory consumer rights always apply. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Any legally required withdrawal waiver for immediate digital access must be separately and validly obtained; these terms alone do not waive it.
8. Paid access and advertisements
Active GSN Plus subscribers do not receive GSN-inserted video ads, including at halftime. A paid Match Pass also provides its event without GSN-inserted video ads. GSN-owned programming designated free may carry ads for free viewers when an ad service is available. Logos, venue signage and sponsorship already present in the original broadcast may remain visible; these are not separately inserted video ads. No advertising service is promised or activated by these terms.
9. Viewing rights and restrictions
You receive a limited right to personal, non-commercial viewing while your access is valid. Content remains owned by its rights holders. Do not redistribute, record for rebroadcast, restream, resell access, bypass territorial or payment restrictions or share sign-in credentials. Public screenings and commercial reuse need separate written permission. Supported devices, connectivity and content availability can vary. We do not sell a right to download or keep a permanent copy.
10. Chat and submitted material
If chat is available, do not post harassment, hate, spam, unlawful content or private details, especially of children. Only submit material you have permission to share. You retain ownership and give us the limited permission needed to store, display, moderate and operate your submission in the service. This is not a blanket perpetual promotional license to your personal photographs. We may moderate proportionately and provide a contact for questions. A broadcaster's program license is governed by its separate agreement.
11. Security and suspension
We may restrict access reasonably needed to address fraud, unlawful use, security risks, rights restrictions or a material breach, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Urgent risks can require immediate action. Contact support to request review. Suspension does not automatically forfeit every refund or other remedy, and we will not use it to avoid mandatory rights.
12. Availability and force majeure
Live sport depends on venue connectivity, broadcasters, rights, weather and technical services. We use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Events beyond reasonable control may delay performance; we take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and inform affected users. This does not excuse statutory duties or let us retain payment where a refund is legally required.
13. Responsibility and protected rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business losses from personal consumer use. Nothing excludes fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory local rights prevail over inconsistent wording. A separate business-partner liability provision does not automatically apply to viewers.
14. Law and disputes
Contact media@gsnmedia.app so we can investigate and try to resolve a concern. Georgia law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your residence. These terms do not impose binding arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive California or New York forum.
15. Changes, severability, survival and waiver
We date revisions, give notice of material changes and obtain acceptance where required. New terms do not retroactively erase accrued rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent lawful (severability). Payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions and provisions for resolving accrued claims survive termination as their purpose requires (survival). Delayed enforcement does not permanently waive a right, and a waiver in one case is not a waiver in another. Our Privacy Policy separately explains information handling.
